Fantastic hotel! Our flight was diverted and we were not able to arrive to the hotel until the second day. The hotel went ahead and simply transferred the losts night accommodation over to the next day so we still got we paid for! We were sold a garden view room but the room was on the 4th floor and had ocean views! We were overjoyed! The rooms were beautiful and spacious. The staff were very very good. I would recommend this place to anyone. Loved it :)

Great roomy Apartment and pleasant surrounds. Was school holidays so full of families and probably a good place for children - many activities organised. Internet connection only available during the day in the lounge and expensive. Would visit again but not in school holidays.

The view from our spacious 6th floor apartment over Catseye Beach towards Whitsunday Island was magnificent. The apartment is serviced every third day, but we were not told that until we enquired on the third day.

Furniture in apartments is very old and dated. Resort as a whole could do with a facelift! Location is fantastic nd the resort facilities could not be faulted. View from apartment very good.

The rooms need to be modernised and kept cleaner. They are in a good location with a wonderful view, but the rooms themselves are not all that pleasant. The beds and pillows are not all that comfortable. The decor and furniture need to be updated.
