There are things that need to be fixed, broken bathroom doors, lamps that doesn't work.But the location is one of the best. The rate is OK but there is no extra parking fee

great hotel if you want to stay right in the wharf area. clean and very friendly staff. will stay there again. also, note the free parking. some hotels charge a fee.
