Westmead Hotel Birmingham Guest Reviews
Being charged £7.95 for a glass of mediocre Chardonnay was a little extortionate. When we queried the fact that the wine list said £5.75, we were told we'd been served larger glasses than printed on the list even though we hadn't requested them - the waitress shrugged and said this was what the Restaurant Manager had told her to do when people ordered wine by the glass! Food was very good so this 'upset' spoiled our opinion of the hotel.
