Every staff member I encountered was very professional and helpful. Perfect location for shopping and some "non-tourist-type" eateries.

We were able to check in a little early and by doing so we were able to visit all the great sites of Chicago. We went to the Hancock which is directly across the street. We had to go to American Girl Doll Store and buy the newest doll. Had Dinner at Dikta's. Then took a short Cab trip to Navy Pier. Everything was Great!!!!! I am looking foward to going back in the Spring. The best thing about the trip is when My Daughter left her American Girl Doll book at the Hotel. The Hotel had it retrieved and was at the front desk for us to pick up the next day.

Ideally located close to shopping. Friendly and informative staff. Easy check-in and check-out process. Minor quib: Parking could be cheaper.

My room was fine, comfortable and clean, but the staff were less than personable. I asked the concierge to call for our car and she told to go outside to the garage myself!

Check in took a bit longer than I like because of airline staff but otherwise a great experience. Rooms are big - the Westin beds can't be beat. Great restaurant downstairs - Steakhouse. Used the gym: lots of equipment in good shape both cardio and weights. Breakfast cafe in the morning reasonably priced. Perfect location across from the Hancock tower.
