hotel staff friendly & helpful except at "rush hour" when they appear short staffed at the desk. Found prices of food & drinks high ie: 250ml water for Euro... that's Euro for a litre of water!!! but that was the average in the whole of Amsterdam.

It was a pleasant stay. The beds are great to sleep on. The "buffet" breakfast is very good. You have a lot of choice, just as; English breakfast, toast,fruit,croissants and vegetables and more.. Location: From the central station to the hotel is like 10 min. on bus. It stops in the front of the hotel

We recently enjoyed a 3 night stay in this hotel in Amsterdam.The hotel was very clean the staff were helpful and friendly and the food was lovely - really enjoyed it.

A very good hotel out of town but you can catch the number 48 bus right out side the door and you also get drop off right out side the door. The bus takes about 10 minutes each way. Would stay there again next stay in Amsterdam very helpfull staff and breakfast was first class. Top hotel very happy.
