Right opposite Wellington Railway Station where there's a New World supermarket inside, 20m from Nakedbus stop & McDonald, nowhere could be so handy to all the major points of interest. Beware of the rooms on the side of Customhouse Quay - garbage collector came every morning at 3-4 am! Also room 201, 225 as right atop the bar balcony - very noisy. I stayed at a 6pp dorm. The light in the ensuite went flickering. Repair was done within 5 minutes after informing reception. Very efficient.

well, the price and location is pretty attractive, but the attitude of a receptionist is super terrible. Very rude and not patient. Room is clean, but the cleaner took our foot towel away without replacing a new one. It's a pity that a spacious public kitchen with some selfish users looks messy and dirty. But someone clean them though.
