Location
The Welcome Inn is a three minute walk from the railway station, where trains take less than fifteen minutes to arrive in the centre. It is also convenient for visitors driving through Switzerland as it's only a few minutes drive from the motorway. When guests arrive at the city's central station they will be in a ideal position to visit the Bahnhofstrasse and the Urania Observatory immediately.
Rooms
All of the Welcome Inn's clean and comfortable en suite rooms offer guests sound proofed windows, cable TV, mini bar, safe, and hairdryer. Family rooms are also available on request.
Restaurant
The hotel offers guests the Restaurant Kanzlei a steak house with a large choice of dishes, and Restaurant Tubenschlag for snacks and light meals on the terrace. For breakfast guests can choose a selection from the buffet.

Adequate - desk clerk at check in was helpful and we were able to check in early. Desk clerk helped with printing boarding passes. It was clean and quiet which was all we really wanted for an overnight stay after a long European trip.

Easy access from the airport and good place for an overnight. Clean and reasonably priced for Switzerland. Staff helpful. Restuaruant on premises.

Excellent experience. Hotel is small, rooms are very good. Clean and easy access to the train rail is well apreciated( 3 min). It is a very good option for people travelling, due to its location near the airport( 5-8min), hotel shootle available. For people who what to go the Zurich downtown, the problem is the train frequency ( 30 min between one and the next). Reception people can be a bit morte patient with people, particularly the, but in general, very good value for the money. I stayed 3 days in the hotel, and the experience was good.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. The location was ideal for visiting Zurich and a nice quiet room in a pleasant village, and plenty of choace for breakfast.

The hotel is close to the airport and the free pick up service is an added value. Room is comfortable and clean and staff are helpful and friendly. However, sometimes the airport shuttle bus does not arrive as scheduled so need to pay attention (perhaps advanced booking/request is required). Breakfast is included but it will be great if more hot stuff can be served (e.g. eggs, sausage).
