Ever so friendly staff, and after a short prodding got the air/room cooler that I requested. The room is the tiniest I've ever stayed in, and you could barely fit a suitcase, let alone two, and your shoes, on the floor space in this room. The room was too small for them to even fit a chair. This didn't bother me, as I travelled on my own this time, bed was of great quality (which is really important to me, a person with a bad back). The bathroom was tiny, and very little space to hang or put things, such as toilet bag. I certainly don't mind only a shower, especially since I think we need to conserve water, but moreover for the fact that I shower at the gym. I do not recommend this hotel if you are on your first romantic trip abroad, and not if you intend to spend any time other than asleep in the room. It was perfectly adequate for my needs, to sleep only, having a peaceful night and no bedbugs.

It was comfortable, clean and really good service, the only thing i didnt like it was really cold inside the room....it was a great experience !!! :)

Excellent location but on check in make sure you request a room off the main street otherwise you will be awak all night due to the noise. Room was clean but mouldy showers.

-Paid for a queen bed, they gave me a full size bed. -Found a used packet of lube in the cabinet draw...gross. -Standard room size is pitiful - room was 10x8, bed was 6x5, you do the math. -At least they had 'free' wireless

1. i went with my wife to visit the city of new york. 2.something that would`ve made my stay more enjoyeble would be cup of a coffe in the morning. 3.this is my first time in a hotel in a trip.
