The location is noisy but overall ok. The hotel rooms are quite clean and have nice decor. My main problem was with the hotel staff, as it took me 2 hours in total to check in and check out. They couldn't find my RatesToGo reservation so I had to wait forever for them to verify what they thought to be a fraud! The morning I checked out I discovered that, instead of investigating where the first reservation and payment was, they charged my credit card AGAIN and for a higher amount. I had to spend another hour waiting for them to verify . I was very disappointed in they customer service and the way they treated me.

We loved the location, the staff were so good and very helpful. The room was quite comfortable. I would stay again for sure.

I really like the interior design, very retro yet comfortable. The problem is that the sink is not in the bathroom with the shower and the toilet, so it's hard to find a spot to put all our stuff. The tap made a weird noise. The shower could not be screwed tight so there was the sound of dripping all night. The hotel staff was not very helpful. we checked out at noon and put our stuff at the hotel. When we came back for it, it took fifteen minutes to get our stuff. I left a shirt in the room, but they never contacted us for it. A nice hotel, but not on the top list.

Very welcoming staff late on Friday night helping us with our luggage and very friendly. Very convenient location. Comfortable room reasonably priced. VERY expensive to use hotel's overnight parking and saved $15/night by parking one block awwy.
