A great hotel which we return to ofteng. The staff are superb and a credit to the manager.

The hotel is not of 5 star standard. It is more like a 4 star hotel. Infact some of the 4 star hotels have more facilities than this. There is no swimming pool or steam bath facilities. The sauna is good and can be reserved for complete privacy. Location is good, but not all rooms have lake view. Rooms are clean and have all facilities, but they could do with more attractive and cozy furnishing. Everything was a dull grey and faded baby pink !! An additional 50 CHF ius charged for late checkout.

Lovely place, but no inside swimming pool. Spectacular location, but slow service in the bar/restaurant. Drinks very expensive but the room is fair price.
