Easy and without any problems. They just have a parking problem that they need to take care of in you arrive in a car

1. No luggage room for guests, staff strictly refused to assist with that issue. Small lockers (20 DKK) were all taken. 2. Room is small, minimal, shower is partially transparetn (ODD!) you hear and smell everything in the room. Something which make the room stinks! 3. Towels & soap were both with strange smell. 4. Location is not a good as seems in the maps at all, there is NOTHING around it, you have to walk at list 15 min to get anywhere and no taxi pass by.

A fine, basic hotel in an inglorious but still convenient enough location. The bed was comfortable. The little shower pod was amusing. The only drawback was noise: I could hear conversations in the next room as well as frequent trains passing maybe 100m away outside. A room on the other side of the building would avoid the train noise but probably not the conversations. Loved Copenhagen!

This hotel is situated very close to the Tivoli amusement park and the main railway station, sounds ideal until you realise that the trains run all through the night and you can hear them even through the double glazed windows. On the plus side the staff or polite and very professional, the hotel itself is very clean with that chic look about it. The room is very spartan and functional and that it.

Room was clean and well maintained. With the name we expected a wake service for an early appointment. No phones in the room. My husband asked for a wake up knock or some siganl and they said we could stay up until 11 and ask night staff if they could knock on the door. Location was away from heart of action. No bus sevice on Sunday to the hotel street. Breakfast was adequate but protein selection very small.

We loved the hotel, a 10 minute easy walk from Copenhagen Central Station. The room is small but has everything you need, well appointed. Very comfortable bed. The lobby spaces are very nice. We rented bikes and enjoyed the day in Copenhagen very much.

The hotel room is extreemly tiny, 2 people will struggle to move arround in this room, but its an expensive city so you get what you pay for. Friendly staff, very clean. A nice place to stay, just a bit of a walk to the city centre.

The hotel was very new, clean and comfortable and the hotel staff very friendly and helpful. The room (at least the double that I had) was very small indeed. The bathroom was also very compact. The walls of the bathroom are made of glass so forget about any privacy if you plan to share the room. The hotel is in a good location in terms of being only a few minutes walk from the main railway station. The hotel has a 'Easy-Jet' feel in that it is a very budget hotel and then you pay for any extras - except for the wireless internet connection, which surprisingly was for free. They also have a great locker room - but it is not for free. And you will also need your room key to enter the toilets that are next to the locker room - not ideal if you have already checked out of your room. They have an automated check-in/check-out service, which I would imagine would be very convenient, except that is wasn't working when I was there. Overall it is a comfortable budget hotel with no frills.

Nice central hotel that is very new, clean and modern. Location-wise it is not too far from the Copenhagen Central station, around 10mins walk. The rooms are a little small, but comfortable enough to get a good night's sleep, as the location is also very quiet. All in all a good hotel stay - but be aware that all extras (e.g. breakfast, luggage locker, bikes) cost money!!

I often travel alone for business and end up in an over-sized American hotel room with a gigantic bed and 16 pillows. Wakeup Hotel Copenhagen was a refreshing change. The room was very small and economical, probably much better for the environment than most hotels - really just the right size for a single traveler. Bed was comfortable. Shower and bath modern. Lobby was attractive. Easy check in and out. Walk from the train station/Tivoli Gardens was easy. You are not right in the heart of old town or on a nice square, though, but the walk there is fine. Price is a reasonable value for a major city.

A smart hotel but still a 2 stars one. Everything is new and nice coloured. But the rooms are very small and the idea of placing the bathroom & toilet in the room separated by only a glass wall + a glass door is not so good from practical point of view... Even if it looks very nice in terms of design... It is probably the best smart priced accommodation (two stars) solution for a one or maximum two nights in Copenhagen.

very modern and slightly funky but rooms are basic, no phone in room or in lobby, bathroom was all in one, so not particularly friendly to older people or those who need more room. a 10 min walk from railway station and 20 min into centre of town. Away from the city is a 10 min walk to a shopping centre with restaurants overall for copenhagen hotels it comes recommended.
