The Honolulu International Airport is just 14 kilometres from the hotel. Room was clean but AC was very noisy, the toilet bowl was shaky, no coffee/tea making facilities except perculated coffee which we don't like. No tea spoon except plastic stirer in the the little pack with creamer & sugar. The staff were not very knowledgeable of the transportation services or facilities around the area. The lobby area very dull and uninviting, staff average....not helpful but OK. The only good thing about this hotel is its central location. Very close to the International Market place and other shops which the staff did not know.

This was a last minute booking. Everything about the hotel was ordinary and in bad need of refurbishment.

It was a very great experience. Pretty sweet when everyone from the Front Desk to the Valets knows your name. Nice and Clean and just a short walk to the Beach. Excellent Stay!!!

Helpful staff, great location a couple of block from beach with many restaurants nearby. Bus stop close by for trips to popular tourist destinations. A great value.
