Location
The Honolulu International Airport is just 14 kilometres from the hotel. Helpful staff, great location a couple of block from beach with many restaurants nearby. Bus stop close by for trips to popular tourist destinations. A great value.

I had a very nice stay at the Waikiki Gateway Hotel. The customer service was second to none and really made a point to deliver personalized service. :-) Plan to stay there again in the future!!!

The hotel was conveniently located in Waikiki and the hotel staff was very friendly. The room was nice and clean and the balcony offered a spectacular view of the city. I would stay at this hotel again.

It should have been better. There was some sort of mix up with the reservation numbers between hotwire and the hotel and I had to call long distance twice, but it was cleared up. However, they did come through in a pinch when my mother missed her flight.

I am a resident to this Island. Could not access the internet in my room. Business center internet system was extremely SLOW. Shower: tub drained very-very slow, standing in water. TV had a black line (in the picture tube) across the screen, blocking the picture. I should be compensated for the trouble. Wm E. Brown
