I originally booked through you guys at the W in Atlanta. I checked in for one day and checked out the very next. I found them to be very unorganized and not the friendliest of staff either. When I checked in I was given my room keys and off I went to my room, only to find that my room was already occupied by another. Once I made the hotel aware of the issue they didn't seemed fazed by it in the least, nor where they apologetic. I also had a package delivered to myself ahead of time and when I called to ask if the package had arrived I was told yes. Once I went to retrieve the package they were unable to find it for quite sometime. I tried to check out the next morning but I was told that I am still being charged for the entire stay. Overall, I found the hotel to be clean but that is about it. If I were the hotel manager I would do all I could to make our guests happy and instead of doing so the W has now lost a customer for good. I travel often on business and have stayed at many W hotel's before but this last experience would stop me from doing so again. Denise Reiner
