Would only accept cash payment,shower flooded room when used, room safe did not work, only soft drinks in room bar, no tea/coffee facilities, no ice/lemon in hotel cocktail bar, they served us a gin with a flat tonic & a warm beer, by 0900 most breakfast items were finished & not restocked, we could not face a return visit to the restaurant..and finally the location was in an extremely run down area and too far out of town with poor street lighting...can u plse advise where 5 star rating comes from.
