We found staff very helpful and the breakfast cafe is very reasonable.

The location is convenient for inner city exploration, and outer suburbs connections. It is close to fish market and Sydney Uni. The surrounding area is quiet and relatively safe because it is right next to UTS, and off-street parking is plenty (money-saving if you are road tripping, because the ticket time is from 10am - 9pm, perfect for overnight parking, which is what I did). Staff is friendly and room is clean. on Saturday, might have people rock up in the hallway with some minor noises. remember to have your own toothbrushes and pastes and combs.

We walked into the room and found cockroach on the floor. Called up customer service straight away and they refused to change the room and only ask the housekeeper to kill the cockroach. Awful!

Great location, quiet area, great price for a basic (no bells or whistles) double room, reception people very helpful. If in Sydney again will use this hotel again.

A beautiful hotel, clean, quiet and well looked after, friendly staff and reasonably priced. Easy access to harbour and China town. The map published on the website is not detailed enough and made it hard to find the hotel initially.

I was suitably impressed with everything about the hotel, service, staff, food. I felt I became part of the family, everyone was so obliging and couldn't do enough to make my holiday more enjoyable, even though they had a high occupancy most nights. The owner even obliged to do up my shoelaces after suffering a broken hand on a daytour. The Big Breakfast and the Vegeterian alternative were simply smashing. I have already recommended it to my friends.

Actually in Ultimo not Darling Harbour. Still a good location but there is a 10 min walk.

Nice and cosy but could be claustrophobic for some people because the rooms are very small with a simple bed, t.v. room structure. No table, no seats. But the upside, aircon = ) Overall, it was a comfortable one night stay.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. The rooms, while small, are always clean, modern and complete with all the amenities you would expect. The pricing is extremely good value compared to other hotel options, the location excellent and close to local restaurants and services. The breakfast menu is more limited than other hotels but includes a very reasonable range of options at competitive prices.

The rooms are small but very clean, the beds were great, the bathroom excellent, the receptionist was very helpful and engaging. I thought the rate going up for the Saturday night by $64.00 was a bit much, seeing that I had booked for two nights and extended another night after that, the Sunday night was $34.00 more than the Friday, so pricing was an issue for me.

Very modern, clean and comfortable. My only criticisms were that the double glazed window wouldn't shut properly, so there was a bit of traffic noise, the air conditioner was a bit temperamental and the roller binds didn't block the light very well.

We found the room excellent value and the beds comfortable. We thought the restaurant bar prices were expensive but there are plenty of good pubs nearby.

The room we had was very small and the two single beds were tiny. shower water hot enough but only a dribble, not even a shelf in the bathroom to put your your toothbrush. Towels also small.reminded me of uk and european rooms.

Great looking hotel. Great location. Good parking. The rooms were a bit tiny (and a bit dull compared to the rest of the hotel). I would stay there again. Would not bother with a delux room again though (I can't imagine there's a difference in the cheaper rooms).

Great location, pricing and service.. Only thing they could arrange is parking.. I paid through my teeth to parking meters.. It would make your stay just a bit more fun not paying so much for parking.. Nice and easy booking too.. tHanks for a good couple of nights.

Although it was a bit of a walk to Darling Harbour, the hotel was located close to the venue I was attending the next day. Hotel was clean & everything in my room was in working order.
