Location
Viva Mallorca Aparthotel is a lovely family getaway, located less than half a kilometre from the beach of Can Picafort and the shopping centre.
Rooms
Viva Mallorca features 248 well-furnished apartments and rooms that are very comfortable and come with an array of in room amenities. Specially adapted rooms for the physically challenged guests are also available.
Restaurant
Begin your day with the delicious breakfast offered at the in-house Thalassa Restaurant. For lunch and dinner, there is the lovely terrace restaurant and the charming beachfront venue. Relish a wide and select variety of drinks as well as delicious cocktails and ice creams at the tempting pool and snack bar.
General
Conferences, formal dinners and other events can also be hosted at the hotel. Replete with modern facilities and a complete Spa, the hotel boasts extensive gardens, magnificent swimming pools and a well equipped gymnasium.

Viva Mallorca Aparthotel Guest Reviews
Just back from Viva Mallorca and loved every minute of it. The accommodation was first class, of a very high standard and spotlessly clean. Staff were very friendly especially the kids reps who couldn't do enough for you. Loads to do if you're that way enclined but if not then just relax around the huge pool. About ten minute walk to the beach but as there was that much to do on the complex we didn't bother much. We were self catering but ended up paying for the breakfast every morning, choice was excellent as was the standard. Only slight moan was the entertainment, while they couldn't be faulted for effort the delivery was painful at times, but the bairn enjoyed it. C'an Picafort is quite quiet but nice and relaxing with plenty of choice of restaurants. Anyone who wants a family holiday that they will really enjoy should definitely give this a go. We are thinking of trying one of the other hotels in the chain for our summer break next year.
