From the start, this condo unit was terrible...The phone number on the confirmation was disconnected and O----z had no answer for it. After 2 hours of searching, I found the new number to the property management company so I could get my door code. Then, the air conditioning was set at 75 degrees and it was a scorcher that night and hard to sleep...that along with ants in the bathroom, no hot water in one shower combined with total inaction by the manager, I say NEVER stay at a Nordic property again... and O----z... you let me down big... $25 off my next booking in no way, by any means, cuts it... your reps in the Philippines were ineffective ... next time, get me someone in America who knows what they are doing
