We were there last october.Very warm in room; asked the concierge about it and answered ''mais monsieur,it is winter'' no air conditioned!

The hotel is in an absolutely great location. We stayed in a twin bedroom for three nights. The room was quite spacious and clean, the air-conditioning was a blessing in July. Breakfast is ok. The hotel itself has no special facilities, but in Rome, what you need the hotel for is to rest in between visiting places. Nearly all sights were within walking distance. I would consider going back to this hotel.
