it was the worst hotel I have ever been before. At the reception was a bad smell and two very old dogs smelling too. The rooms very small and bad smell again with no hot water for the shower. For the breakfast in the morning was nothing at all just coffes but I never had any because me and my friends prefer to go out to have one....I hope you will no suggest this hotel to your custmer in the future...

We only stayed at the hotel for one night after our flight from Sydney, and we walked from the bus without trouble at about 10pm. When we got to the hotel the manager knew my name and was expecting us, and provided us with a map of Milan and some tourist brochures. There are dogs in the hotel, which some people may not appreciate, but as a dog lover myself I found it to be charming. The lift is tiny, as some people have previously commented, but not so small that you cant carry your bags up. Breakfast was a croissant and some bread rolls as well as a coffee which was fine. We found all of the staff to be friendly, and speak adequate english for us to communicate. The room was small but clean, and we made phone calls home for a reasonable cost from our room which was very convenient. They offered to hold our bags beyond checkout (12pm which is later than most) and offered us a lift to the station on our departure. Overall we had a good experience at this hotel.
