A nice hotel with very comfortable and clean rooms. Above all staff is very helpful and kind, they really try to make us feel as in our own home.. Quite good balance of price and service. Would recommend and most likely will stay in again

Everytthing at the hotel was fine and comfortable but at the same time everything in the room was dated and worn. It was nicer than your average hotel but not truly a 4 star experience. The staff was very helpful and the room was clean.

The pool on the roof was not exotic, but practical for use and a number of people took advantage of it. Internet deal for 24 hours was 24 hours of use (not a 24 consecutive hour period) so it was a rendable deal to pay 10 Euro for that. The refridgerator was small and froze the drinks, but not solid so they were still drinkable. The air conditioning worked, but was not overly powerful. From the perspective of price/quality it was a very good deal for me and I would stay here again if I returned to Lisbon.
