Certainly a very strange hotel. When you turn the bathroom light on, all the room lights come on with no way of turning them off. When you shower the water changes temperature so can easily scald you. The location is perfect but then there are many hotels within the same area, soi I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you want a relaxing visit.

We were on the second top floor and had an amazing view. Aim to have breakfast included in your stay so you can recharge before you head out walking around. It was a wonderful location, right next to what they say the "Broadway of Madrid" The staff were accomodating and helpful. The area is close to metro - Callao and about 10min walk to Puerta del Sol. A sugguestion if they had complimentary tea & coffee & water upon arrival.

Loistopaikalla oleva kaikin puolin toimiva hotelli. Ainoa tosi pitkä miinus tulee viesteihin vastaamattomuudesta. Unohdimme yhden korun huoneeseen ja lähetimme meilejä ja faxeja suoraan hotelliin sekä ketjun keskusvaraamoon. Kukaan ei koskaan vastannut yhteenkään viestiin! Uskomatonta nykyaikana.

The hotel is centrally located, near to shopping, eateries and the Metro while being w/in walking distances of sights. Since it is centrally located, it is in the heart of the city. If you are looking for a more quiet, laid back setting, this is not the hotel for you.
