Good location friendly staff. Great bar. Restaurant was ok. Break fast was not good at all. No hot water even though they said they would increase the temperature. We spent four days with lukewarm showers.

Good location beside Empire State Building provides short walks to many famous areas. Rooms were a little dark however

Good & courteous service, free wifi, great location. Only downside lack of room service, otherwise very comfortable stay. Would stay again.

The hotel was welcoming, not too large and a 5 minute walk to the Empire State Building. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were very good. We would recommend.
