Village St Davids Park Hotel Chester Guest Reviews
Don't be misled by the pics. It's in the middle of industrial estate off a roundabout. Not on a detached ground as it comes across . Bathroom facilities dire. Will not go back as disappointed

i found the bathroom needed a good cleaning as there was black mold around to shower window and trouse press did not work. the service in the bar was very poor as i ordered coffee which came with no milk, the next cup came with no spoon and the last cup they provided biscuits then i had to clear the table myself after waiting an hour for them to clear it As we were attending a wedding the bride had to change rooms twice and one of the bridesmaids and her husband were given a room with a pull down bed

We absolutely loved our stay last weekend - thank you! The only downside was that the corridors and the bar area were freezing.... cut backs on the gas, lol Seriously we were very impressed and will most definately stay again.

Everything about the hotel was good with the exception of the reception desk which was clearly undermanned and the staff that were present were not trained in any way and struggled with both the check in and check out. Other than that it was a superb hotel
