The staff could not do enough for you. They where so polite and trustworthy. It started at the reception and it continued to blow us away with how good this place is. The villa that we stayed in was so clean that you could have eaten off the floor, the private pool was cleaned everyday and the hotel cleaning staff were the best. Highly recommended to anyone out there. Will be going back soon in the next 2 months

The hotel was clean and staff very helpful and the pricing was also good. Location wise its pretty good. Not in the heart of all the madness but also close enough to walk to Kuta or if you are feeling very lazy you can cab it.

Rooms are comfortable with the exception that the bedroom is up some quite steep stairs from the downstairs sitting area and bathroom - not so good if one has to negotiate a visit to the toilet during the night. Otherwise it is OK as a place to sleep. There was a good selection for breakfast. Staff were helpful, nice and friendly as one has come to expect in Bali.

A very beautiful hotel. Quiet and relaxing, it was a very peaceful and enjoyable experience. The location was great and the people were very kind and gracious. The spa was also very beautiful and the entire facility was nicely taken care off.

Had a nice stay the room was nice, maybe a little old. We were upgraded to a spa room but the bathroom was open so it didn't feel very secure and was noisy to unlock it every time you got up to go to the bathroom.
