I would recommend Villa Royale to everyone! The room was really comfortable, the bathroom spotless and the breakfast pleasant. Moreover, the receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly.

Nice staff and quite professional. Rooms OK, but can be noisy from traffic if at the front. Ask for rear. Pricing can be good on some sites. Hotel is near Botanique. Not an upmarket area, but quite an interesting bohemian place. Botanique gardens very beautiful. Some quite nice restaurants - check out the art noveau resto 200 meters from the hotel. A really good flemish/french mix.

I really enjoyed my time in this hotel, great location (10min walk from Brussels Noord trainstation) and still quiet. For the Sauna they charge extra, though.

the mattress was a bit soft; the room was quite spacious and clean . also very quiet. staff were friendly and helpful. no internet facilities. still got charged for use of phone despite using a phonecard. but otherwise a nice hotel. good value for money.
