The rooms are quaint but acceptable. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The parking system is a nuisance as you need a card to get in, but you are not allowed to keep one. The back entrance needs new lighting.

Lovely quaint little hotel. Breakfast was good, rooms were nicely decorated and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Quite a walk to the walled city but bus service is around the corner, you must buy bus tickets in advance from a tabacco shop.

The Hotel is in the middle of nowhere but near to the old City of Siena (about 15 euros to get there by taxi and 11euros to come from there or about few euros to get there by bus). There are two kind of rooms although it is not mentioned in the site and the price difference between them is about 50euros. Our room have nothing to do with those shown in the fotos, it was very small with a terible bathroom a very old and noisy AC and with a "fantastic" backyard-parking view. The Siena is very beautifull (although you need very strong legs) and the restaurant beside the Hotel very cheap and the food is good.

Reserved a 2-bed room and got only one bed; room was dark, with a bricked-over window, a tiny bathroom that flooded (completely) when the shower was on, and a persistent smell of stale cigarette smoke. Management was unapologetic. But take this with a grain of salt: it was during the Palio and we didn't truly care about the hotel, anyway. Nevertheless, room 103 MUST be the worst room at this hotel.
