The breakfast was very good and the staff spoke various languages and couldnt have been more helpful. It is very easy to get to venice from here.

Handy to Venice. Easy to drive to small carpark and get bus into Venice.

Very dusty at time of visit due to building work. Nice rooms but a little small. No hanging space provided. No fridge in rooms (advertised). Nice area but quite some distance from Venice. Food expensive
