the people were very lovely and friendly. the room was very tidy and clean however I think we got the wrong room as it was not a spa ensuite as we requested and paid for the spa was in the bedroom. the bed was not a king as requested rather it was a queen. we paid for the room with the king bed, Other than that it was a lovely weekend and the staff were really nice.
