quiet location in Lido (7 min walk from the ferry terminal), small but comfortable room with own bathroom, very friendly service, free WiFi... highly recommend if you want to get some rest and sleep away from the crowds of Venice mainland!

Welcomed by friendly staff. Excellent location in quiet, elegant street in Lido - away from crowded Venice. Fifteen minutes to Piazza San Marco by ferry bus. V. regular vaporetta (ferry bus) transport to all of Venice area. Near vaporetta stop (300 metres) and restaurants on Lido. Ensuite bedroom clean and tastefuly furnished. Good breakfast and free use of bicycles to sight-see Lido.

Good friendly service in little hotel. Good location - away from main tourist areas, but near to the waterferry stop into Venice. Provided us with a good map too, so don't need to bother buying one. Enjoyed our stay.
