Very friendly staff, the location was great for access to the beach, restaurants and the Railway station. The hotel had a very homely feel. Breakfast out on the terrace each morning was a great way to start the day!

Location is good if you would like to be away from any noise. You can hear the train but only slightly. Mind you, everyonne in each if the 5 Cinque Terra towns would be able to hear the train! Service was fine - make sure you have your payment confirmation as we were told we had not paid. This issue was easily sorted. We had a lovely stay in Monterosso and would definatley recommend Villa Accini.
