When I saw the hotel from outside I was impressed, bautiful glass doors framed in highly polished brass. The reception staff and the night staff were very pleasant.The staff was very helpful.Hotel room was pleasantly decorated.It was quiet at night so slept well in a nice cool room. The room had a safe to lock your things away but you had to pay 18euros (£17ish) for the week to use it which I think was mean- a minor negative. Breakfast was fine....mmmm lovely coffee, orange juice and tea, too. Breakfast was a choice of various breads,jams, marmelades, cold meats, cheese, hot mushrooms, sausages, bacon (more fat then meat..did not try it) and scrambled egg which was nice and for those with a sweet tooth, pastries. It was only 150 yards from the beach, 5 minutes walk to the train station to get the train to Barcelona (about 25 miles and only 6.90euros return and only 2 minutes away from the shopping street.Great for shopaholics!Would I stay there again? Definitely, in a heart beat.

Very friendly and helpful hotel staff. Hotel has a quaint Spanish feel to it-loved it.

We take room 400, like an apartment, very big. Only one nigth, but ok.

Good location right in the midel of the town,pool and outside area far to small ,no sunbeds.

Amazing price for such a well run hotel. It may be away from the seafront but that enabled it to maintain a bit more peace and quiet. How they manage to serve such a variety and amounts of food at breakfast at this price is another puzzle , so well laid out too. Definitely a hotel to consider for anyone not requiring a balcony or sea view.
