The hotel is like a cheap airlines. You get the essential (a room), but you have to pay (a lot) for everything else. Internet - 5e per hour, laundry with ironing - 23e. No TV or radio in the rooms. Very pleasent waiters. Nice for elderly people. Too conservative for younger users.

Has a very good view but is far from city centre, reachable only bar car. Small and clean rooms, enough for an economic long period stay or for one night before leaving Madeira - airport acess is closeby and the way takes only 20 minutes .

A very nice, quiet and friendly little hotel that is perfect if you are not looking for the most luxery.

we were put into a family room that was seperate from the main hotel which wasnt ideal, although the view was quite good. very basic rooms but spacious. breakfast was served outside on a balcony with a nice setting but the breakfast service was poorly organised and frustrating each morning as breakfast could take up to an hour!!
