The outside look of the hotel doesn't reflect the inside. Everything looked old inside but clean enough. The lift is very small. The room size is good but lighting is not enough. It's good that the window can be opened to let in more light. Fresh, clean towels were provided daily - we stayed for 3 nights. Aircond temperature is just nice. Bus stop to Venice is nearby and the hotel sells bus tickets @ €1.30 each way. Staff are helpful & friendly. There is a very good flea market abt 8 min walk - 2 times a week. Breakfast is ok. It's value for money.

An average hotel in a quiet place near Mestre Railway Station, kept by chinese diaspora. Chinese restaurant on a ground floor, and a nice pizzeria next door. Good transport connections to the center of Venice and Marco Polo airport.

Room dirty and air conditioning was not working, staff in restaurant friendly, no so at reception. Beds very hard and uncomfortable we had paid for 4 nights but left after 3 as too noisy at night with other guests in the hallway smoking and talking to all hours of the night

Very good location e.g. for travelers visiting Venice. At close distance from shuttle bus stop to Venice and also at walking distance from Mestre railway station for convenient arrival and departure by train.
