Extremely good value for a hotel in this location - don't expect a new or flashy hotel for 30 euros a night

Needs a fresh coat of paint, a spay of air freshner and some work done on the bathroom and this would be a great place to stay. Fine and cheap for a short stay.

Very well situated in the heart on Rouen a short walk to the Cathedral and pedeastran zone. Addicionaly near the sunday market. Family owned very friendly staff.

The staff of this hotel were VERY accommodating. I made an error in my booking, and arrived a day before my reservation. Despite being full on that day, they bent over backward to find me a room and provided me with excellent service all around. The downtown location is excellent too, in walking distance from the cathedral.
