Very warmly greeted on arrival. Room is well sized with great amenities. Swimming pool and area around pool are excellent and hotel is very well located being within walking distance of the Dubai Mall. Our one criticism would be that breakfast seemed expensive.

My first experience of the Hotel was a warm welcome feeling, when we were greeted with a hot towel Orange Juice and dates which was a great first impressions. Over stay was great Staff were more then helpful and friendly. room was excellent and comforable. Over all have no issues.

We spent the Christmas/New Year holiday in Dubai and were very pleased with our accommodations at the Qamardeen Hotel. This hotel is located in the best area - the old town which is directly across from the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. Everything is within walking distance and there are many dining options. The area is clean and safe. The hotel itself is quite hip and modern, yet with an Arabic influence. The rooms are very nice and clean, but there isn't much privacy with regards to the bathroom. The pool is like an oasis which would be great in the summer as it is surrounded by palm trees. However, in the winter there is no sun. We used the pool at the sister hotel - the Al Manzil which is 2 blocks away. Try to get a package in which the breakfast is included! The buffet is excellent (especially the freshly squeezed orange juice) and you can eat outdoors by the pool which is lovely. We were very pleased with the extra personal touches that the hotel offered. They surprised us with holiday gifts on Christmas and New Years, and every evening chocolates were left on our beds with the turn-down service. Also, our rooms were cleaned promptly and throughout the day housekeeping made sure everything was in order with clean towels, etc. We would definitely recommend this hotel for its location, cleanliness, and value!

i stayed here for 3 nights with my 13 year old son and it was a perfect choice. The room was spacious. All the staff were friendly an helpful. They let us check in at 9 am after a night flight which was very much appreciated. The breakfast by the pool was lovely. It is a 5 minute walk round the lake to the Dubai Mall and the burj kalifa. Getting taxis to other locations was easy and cheap.

I have travel around the world, and stayed in a lot of hotels. From the moment of our arrival at the Qamardeen Hotel in Dubai, the friendly greeting of the front door staff, the hotel reception, and the wonderful concierge, we had a great stay! The room was immaculate! ALL the hotel staff always greeted you with smiles and a warm welcome. The location was perfect - just across the street from the Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world (and a must see in Dubai), and right next to the Dubai Mall. Our concierge gave us great advise for all of the places to see and things to do and set us up to visit the Burj Khalifa (good to have reservations) and for a nighttime desert safari (also a must do in Dubai) - I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to visit Dubai!!
