Perfect for our needs. Wanted an overnight stay in the centre of town.

Ideal location to sample the night life in Hamilton. It was good to have the car in under cover parking which was secure and part of the deal.

Noisy and uncontrolled! Room opposite noisy foyer. Noisy extractor fan outside window was initial concern. Then two large party groups - music until 12:30pm then drunk return of party groups meant noise from 2am until rest of the night with NO supervision from staff - only means of communication via phone in foyer accessible only through middle of drunken party groups - one of which were parked outside our room complaining of having their room ransacked while they were out getting drunk. Apparently teenagers know it for the party place & being able to sneak extras into the room...

Room was clean and very large and must have been the furtherest from reception. With all that room it was sad to see the lack of storage space in both the bedroom and the bathroom. The location of the hotel was excellent (right in the heart of the city and close to a range of eateries). Parking was secure(once you found where it was), internet was easily accessed and staff were courteous. I would certainly recommend this hotel for an overnight stay but longer than that I would want better "kitchen" facilities - filling the kettle from the bathroom sink sucks and juggling counter space is a pain.
