For what we paid, this was a reasonable, but not great, hotel. It's beautiful inside, the staff are helpful and checkout is 11am, which is much better than 10am! It's a bit far from the main city centre; not a trek, but a bit too far, for me.

This is an older style hotel, but the location and the friendliness, courtesy and willingness of the staff is what made my stay enjoyable. Proximity to the airport bus was a definite plus

Location couldn't be any more convenient, we stayed at Vibe Savoy during a short visit to Melbourne and had a great time. Big THANKS to the stuff at reception.

This hotel is very nice in a modern way with old style charm. Marble tiles in the bathroom and grand piano in the lobby. I would recommend staying here. The buffet breakfast is wonderful, the rooms very clean and quiet. Right across from Southern Cross Station, just a short walk to Southbank. The staff at the front desk were friendly and attentive. The gym has several tred-mills, bikes and a weights machine. If travelling by car I would consider staying at a less central hotel to save on parking next time.
