The staff were friendly, requested milk and batteries for the remote and were promptly given. Room is clean and comfortable and nice view towards the waterway. Location is on the edge of the Surfers Paradise centre which is a 1 or 2 blocks of walk away. Hotel is not so new but cant complain for the price I paid. I would happily stay here again

Lovely hotel, great views, inviting pool. Close to shopping and restaurants. Walk to beach. Best part was upgrade of room- thank you very much. Staff were extremely helpful and happy to direct us to best restaurants etc. Jet boat ride and whale watching boats both close by.

Was a short break but was great to relax & chill at a fantastic hotel; staff were always more than helpful & the service generally was of high standard. Definitely worth the trip, although short most enjoyable!

The room was fantastic, staff were nice enough but offered no assistance with car parking when the carpark was 100% full. We were not offered any rate reduction, car park vouchers or any form of assistance at all. We found car parking across the road which then cost us an additional $25.00 per night while the other 400 people got theirs included.
