Friendly staff who were very helpful. Breakfast was great and we were pleased with the room and service.

This is across the bridge from Hue Center- close to the river. We found it a bit charming. A balcony with sight over the river. It looks far away on the map - but it is not a long walk fron Hue Center. Breakfast has a good view.

The hotel was cold, very very very cold. Staff were great but strangely all wore jackets, oh thats right, the hotel was cold.

The room smelled very musty and the furnishings need updating as they are very tired and worn. However, the breakfast was lovely and the location is only a few minutes walk from the main areas.

It's located a bit out of town (20mins walk to the Citadel), and there's few dinner options nearby, but other than that we had no problems at all. Huge rooms, and very good and friendly service.
