There are a number of points which should be addressed by the hotel management: 1. Even the hotel is located within 2-3min walk from a train station it took from us ~40min to find the location of the hotel in dark after 7p.m. 2. The building in which the hotel located should have at least any information in front that the hotel is located inside of a secure building which is locked. 3. The room did not have a TV which is very unusual in our time in 21st century. 4. We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and soup was not provided. It was actually provided on our request when we were checking out from the hotel. 5. We tried to make tea, but the kettle was leaking. 6. I have not received a [website] "Thank you" card when I checked into the hotel.

It was really hard to bridge the language barrier at Vesta Residence as none of the girls spoke English.
