Very nice brunch and great restaurant staff. Carpets in room and hallways looked very dated and dirty. Mattresses worn out, slumped in the middle. Bed covering very worn. Nice marble flooring and sills.

This hotel was a terrific value for the price. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Room was nice, very clean. Good breakfast. Free parking. Good location - very easy to get to Venice by bus. All in all a really nice stay.

worse breakfast in town. best service. smart and helpful staff. restaurants, sites, fresh fruit and veg. market within walking distance but too far from train station to walk. the excellent staff all of whom spoke perfect english would be the reason to stay here.
