Beds were comfy. Room large and spacious. Door knob on toilet door was falling off. Looked a bit run down. Check in staff seemed grumpy and uninterested. Person handling taxi service was professional n efficient.

Excellent room and superb facilities. However, the walls are paper thin to the point where the ablutions and other activities of the neighbours can be clealry heard in all their glory - or otherwise.

Like most Vegas Casino's great value for money, only complaint is having smoking still allowed it means you always are walking thru smoke to get anywhere. The repairs going on in rooms around us at 8 am was not so good with hammering and drilling. The Cafe Grand Lux the service was terrific and best cafe latte in town! No coffee or tea facilities in room but room was very comfortable and stylish!

The Venetian was such a disappointment. The suite we had looked great when you first opened the door but thats where it ended. The room was very dark, the lamps had very low wattage bulbs in them & you could not see very well. The light in the toilet had to be left on all the time otherwise you couldnt see anything for about 5 minutes until the bulb warmed up. When it did emitt enough light it allowed us to see the dried up vomit on the wall next to the toilet...housecleaning were NOT interested when it was mentioned twice in our 3 night stay! The bar fridge is on a weight sensor system so if you remove anything or knock something over you are automatically charged ( even if its not consumed) & if you want to take all of the mini bar items out & put your own items in, once again BAM you are charged...ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. They will bring you an extra bar fridge to use for $35/ day !! Your resort fees cover the pools...if you can get in!! The line up was ridiculous so we didnt bother. Save your money & book elsewhere

We couldn't have asked for anymore from our stay. You could vist vegas and stay only at this hotel, using the shops, casino and eating facilities - but it is so close to so many other great hotels as well

Honestly, I work as a manager of a 5 Star Premium Hotel, and I need everyone to know the Venetian in Vegas is second to none! You honestly do not need to go anywhere else...truely remarkable. PS. the room upgrade is worth the money - and ask for the 10th floor (secret private pools and spas x 2)! Wallgreens is in the Hotel complex for all your groceries, meds, grog, and amenities...no other Hotel in Vegas has this overlooked essential service.

The hotel was great. It was very busy but what else would you expect for a weekend in June!!! Lots of people around and couldn't really get into the pool area. The room was fantastic! Staff were helpful. Ate at the food court type area near the casino and it was great too! If I come to Vegas again I would come back to The Venetian.

Incredible hotel. Everything was perfect. If I was booking again I would book the cheapest room and then upgrade at checkin - they offered us a great deal. The food court was great to get a decent healthy cheap meal. The pools were amazing. Next time I would spend longer relaxing with a drink. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very swank hotel. More expensive than others in Vegas, but well worth it for a special occasion. Fantastic Location.

First time in Vegas, spent 2 nights the Venetian and couldn't be happier. Despite a busy weekend for Tribefest which I was not attending, we were allowed early check in which was a huge help. Overall the Venetian is a great bang for your buck experience.

The total experience was good. The biggest problem was the difficulty with the internet, which required daily time on the phone with the Tech. At our request, the amenities fee was refunded. Also, turndown service and robes were available only on request, and there was no COFFEE POT in the room. For a 5-star hotel, these services should be included without having to put in a special request.

A great stay over Christmas at the Venetian resort. Room was great as expected and Bouchon restaurant among the best on the strip.

My husband and I stayed at the Venetian in Las Vegas over Christmas and it was lovely. It was our first stay there and we were very impressed with it, especially compared to other hotels we've stayed at on the Strip. The Suites are large, plush, and very comfortable and the service was really great. The bathroom was roomy and I loved having a vanity where I could sit and apply makeup rather than having to lean over the sink. The bathtub was nice and deep, I took a bath every day I was there. The only thing that irritated me (and this is everywhere in Vegas) was being charged for EVERYTHING, even using their fitness center had a charge.

Everyone knows the Venetian and it's great as usual. Wish they had space in the refrigerator for us to put our own groceries but it comes filled with items and if you move/remove anything it gets charged to your room right away. Another good thing is the free self-parking garage.

The room is nice and very comfortable. We didnt like the walk to the elevator to the room as we had to walk through the casino and people were smoking.

This hotel has large suites which is good for family or anybody. However, we could hear kids at 6 am and some drunk people in the hallway one night. So, our sleep was interrupted. The hotel could provide "white noise" for people who want to use it to drown out any noise from the hallways. Otherwise, it was a nice hotel. The restaurants here are pricey. The best buffet was across the street at another large hotel which rhymes with garage.

Very nice hotel, check in was fast, friendly staff, great room. A little bit confusing from parking to guest room - You need to switch couple elevators to get to your room.
