Like most downtown casinos, it's old, but nice enough.

Half of our party arrive at the hotel, unload the bags from the taxi, go to the front desk to check in only to find out that the hotel is closed!!! No Notice to us, no phone call, no email! Luckily, the taxi didnt leave yet. had to load all the bags back into the taxi (9bags & Baby car seats & Stroller) and transfer over to the Plaza hotel. Luckily, the Plaza was very nice, clean & accomodating....could have been a very bad experience!!!

the hotel is out dated and not clean. sheets were dirty the beds were pretty old and the price was not great for what you get. If you are doing the fremont street the location is good but I do not recommend staying here

This hotel needs a major makeover. The elevators flooring are extremely worn out. The carpeting, although looked newer, have either a musty smell or carpet deodorant smell. The windows definitely need upgrades, as the external noise from Fremont Street at night can become too intrusive to sleep. The lighting fixture on our room's bathroom is really old and rusted, and the towel rack is falling apart. On the positive note, it is very close to the Fremont Experience; the staff are courteous and acted quickly on our complaints (clogged shower drain; cigarette smell at room). If you are not fussy with the noise and cigarette smell, this hotel is somewhat okay, as it is one of the cheapest on the block. However for a few more bucks, you may try a newer hotel nearby.

I was surprised by the size and comfort of the room. The casino was dark and a little dingy. Slot attendants were slow to come for help. There were only a few slot attendants for a busy night (11/11/11). I did enjoy myself though and would return to this chotel/casino.

Everything was great. I love staying on Freemont street and everything I do is in walking distance. I would say the only problem was parking of the van. Low Clearance.

Great location lots of to do great music rooms good enoug for under 50.00 bucks if you want bigger better rooms go to the Mandalay hotel for 3000 per night. If you want to save money with a decent room stay here. There was a man complaining that his 30.00 room was not as modern or newer as other places I told the dude you paid 30.00 dollars and want a Cesar Palace room get a life please. This hotel room was good enough

HOTEL IS VERY CONVENIENT FOR BUSINESS TRIP TO LAS VEGAS. IT WAS EVERYTHING I EXPECTED FOR THIS OLD HOTEL. ONLY ONE THING, THE SOAP AND SHAMPOO SEEMED OUT OF DATE AND DID NOT SMELL RIGHT.

Nice. Pleasant. Nothing wrong. Bring earplugs to sleep, the "show" plays the same 5 songs night after night.

The room was very big. But some of the electrical outlets did not work. It didn't cost much to stay there. I was expecting much worse after seeing the reviews they had. But it wasn't that bad. Everyone that worked there was very friendly. Fremont st. is right through the casino exit, it was very convenient. Garage was a bit creepy and dirty. Casino was a bit small compared to the other casinos. Overall it was a good Value.

When I called I was told there was a refrigerator in the North tower rooms. When we went to check in they couldn't find our reservation and said no refrigerators in those rooms. After about 20 minutes they finally agreed to let us have the room. We asked if there was a coffee maker in the room and they said yes. When we got to the room there was a dirty wash cloth to greet us in the entrance, no coffee maker, and the ice machine didn't work on that floor. After spending the night on a very uncomfortable bed I went to get some coffee in the morning and they didn't have any in the hotel or casino. They told me I had to go to Mc Donalds for coffee.
