The hotel was terrible and the hot wate was brown and then did not come on at all. So no shower and no shave before a business meeting. Great!!! Rooms where horrible and bright orange with bits of food stuck to floor and very old and tired bedding. The room was very noisey on the 5th floor and phone did not work so ringing for room service was a little trying as it was always enganged. So i went down stairs and asked for some service. The food was terrible and it was only steak and chips whioch i would guess you cannot really get wrong but they did.
