Excellent location. The hotel is in the center of ethnic restaurants (very good food) and shopping malls, and close to skytrain and airport.

Great hotel! Probably the only bad thing is their pillows. Too soft that caused my neck pain the next morning

Staff was friendly, and hotel was clean. The location is across fro Richmond Center (mall) and very close to the airport.

Room was clean and staff was friendly. The restaurant was kind of pricey, and the fact that wireless internet and parking are for a fee was an inconvenience. I would say it was a stay with no surprises.
