Booked room for 125 euros per night, got room with no bath. Breakfast at 18 euros is mediocre (bacon and sausages not cooked properly and hash browns, cooked tomatoes cold. Was told I should have asked for bath but did not realise 4 star hotels had shower only rooms. Will stay elsewhere next time.

Excellent very comfortable room, internet included free, which is amazing for Belgium! Have the 15 Euro business buffet lunch. Fantastic value. Very helpful courteous staff. We did not arrive until 5.30 am after a long day and night's travel by train, coach, ferry, coach and, finally, taxi owing to the snow chaos and Heathrow's complete inability to be a modern fully functioning airport! Never, never fly into or out of Heathrow if you can possibly avoid it!
