We booked online and chose triple room. The room size is ok for 3 people. It has a big window. The CR is clean also with hot and cold water. Although when you take a bath the whole bathroom will get wet. But it's ok, with the price they offered. It has towels, napkins and sanitary bags and shower caps, toothbrush, shampoo and a body wash. And they will replenish this all the following day. The aircondition is functioning well, you could adjust the thermostat if you wanted it cooler or warmer. The location is great also, because the bus stops and MRT stations are located near the hotel, if you wanted to ride a taxi, you may do so just wait infront of the hotel or walk to the nearest bus stop across the hotel. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, BUT there are alot if food stalls and restaurants, on the side of the hotel, across the hotel or few blocks on the hotel. There is a convinient store also near the hotel where you could buy ur card that can be used on bus and mrt. Another convinient store is near the hotel also, in front of t.medical centre. There is a swimming pool and a gym also on the 7th floor where you could bond with your family. And importantly, there is a free wi-fi on each room if you booked online. If you go directly to the hotel they will charge you $10 per day.

Had a good night sleep in an air conditioned room. We're able to chat with friends thru the internet.

The hotel is outside the city and not near the airport. It is very far from MRT station and cannot walk with a family. Bus stop is near by. Indian food is not available in the locality and very difficult to manage with a family. The rooms are very small and i was told that the room i had booked did not have a window. Not an ideal place for a family. You will find other hotels with same cost, but in a better location.

the room was wet while our stay. everything in the room was wet too, my clothes, bags.... not a good experiecen, staff was nice and friendly. the room was too small... not going back again.

no windows, so everything in the room was wet...I meant everything, yes. all wet... not good experience, the room was so so so small. but the staff was very helpful. but still doesn't help with the room... anyway. not going back there.
