We booked online and chose triple room. The room size is ok for 3 people. It has a big window. The CR is clean also with hot and cold water. Although when you take a bath the whole bathroom will get wet. But it's ok, with the price they offered. It has towels, napkins and sanitary bags and shower caps, toothbrush, shampoo and a body wash. And they will replenish this all the following day. The aircondition is functioning well, you could adjust the thermostat if you wanted it cooler or warmer. The location is great also, because the bus stops and MRT stations are located near the hotel, if you wanted to ride a taxi, you may do so just wait infront of the hotel or walk to the nearest bus stop across the hotel. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, BUT there are alot if food stalls and restaurants, on the side of the hotel, across the hotel or few blocks on the hotel. There is a convinient store also near the hotel where you could buy ur card that can be used on bus and mrt. Another convinient store is near the hotel also, in front of t.medical centre. There is a swimming pool and a gym also on the 7th floor where you could bond with your family. And importantly, there is a free wi-fi on each room if you booked online. If you go directly to the hotel they will charge you $10 per day.

The hotel is outside the city and not near the airport. It is very far from MRT station and cannot walk with a family. Bus stop is near by. Indian food is not available in the locality and very difficult to manage with a family. The rooms are very small and i was told that the room i had booked did not have a window. Not an ideal place for a family. You will find other hotels with same cost, but in a better location.

The hotel is in a half decent location roughly halfway between the airport and city centre which suited us as we had a ridiculously early flight the next morning but didn't want to stay at the airport. The lobby and communal areas (pool, spa) all surpassed the 3* rating, but the rooms were basic. Having said that they were clean and the staff were helpful. Considering the prices in Singapore this hotel offers good value no frill accommodation

The only negative was the noisy kids in the next room. Other than that it was better than the Novatel Clark Quay we stayed at 2 weeks prior.

Bathroom is a wee tiny and cramp. Position of tv screen on the wall needs improvement. Apart from that, the room is clean and good enough for a short stay and just a place to sleep.

If you are doing sightseeing during the day, it is a good place to sleep. Rooms are small but comfortable and clean. The hotel does not provide continental breakfast. Nearest shopping center is 10 minutes walk for a continental breakfast. From the hotel yo can walk to the city center which takes 25 minutes. If you take a taxi it costs 10 dollars. It was a pleasent stay for 3 nights.

Clean and modern but let down by some basic things. We started out with a Superior room but it was a little small so upgraded to the deluxe. Still the room had no fridge so we asked for an upgrade to a room with a fridge to be told no room has a fridge. Even the deluxe room lacked a few basic thing; No bed side table / shelf, No sugar/milk/whitener for the coffee/tea, No bedside lights or switches, no face cloth in bathroom, a dvd player with a power cable for another country?!?, no reliable wifi and the cable internet wasn't working in our room so they suggest we use it in the lobby. Overall a modern and clean hotel with a nice pool (the gym is only a cycle and treadmill). But all you get is a ROOM, BED, TOWEL, TV. For the money I would look at other options. 10mins walk from the MRT station.

Small++++rooms- clean enough. Only broadband and you have to pay extra. No sound proofing in rooms at all so heard nocturnal activities in more detail than I needed..No fridge. No ironing facility nearby and no list of hotel services in the room. Pool is good. Gym is two machines in a locked room which are not in full working order and with no access to drinking water or air-conditioning. Staff are helpful if you really expect them to be helpful. Is definitely a budget hotel.

Room (Superior Twin) is very small but clean and modern looking. Staff member are friendly. I saw many tourists while staying there. I think it's one of a few good hotels for budget concious people. Singapore is very clean and green but the atmosphere of a nanny state made me feel frustrating sometimes.

Two of us checked in, to find a tiny room barely enough space to walk around the bed let alone any where to put your suitcase. The tiny window looked out onto a wall. I arranged an up grade to a Delux Room at a charge of $10 extra a night. This room was still extreemly small but it did have a shelf to put your suitcase on and a window with a view. The bathroom was vary small it you had a shower everything got wet. These hotel rooms may be OK for a single person staying a single night but for a couple to stay 3 nights it was not suitable.
