Great property, very attentive staff, many extras for the money.

My girlfriend and I travelled to the Vallarta Palace for a week and we were very pleased with the resort. The staff were amazing and greeted everyone with a pleasant smile and hello. The $1500 resort credit allowed us to swim with the dolphins, do the zip line tour, romantic dinner, massages, and take pictures at sunset. If anything, it may have been a bit too much and I wish I had an extra day or two of just lounging on the beach. The best meal we had by far was the romantic dinner. It eats up a lot of your credits, but is a good experience and the best food we had the entire trip by far. Food at the other restaurants was hit and miss with more hits than misses. Our favorite was the Italian followed up by the Oriental. We did not like the Brazilian. The dolphin tour was our favorite and I liked the zip line tour but my girlfriend hated it. She is not a fan of heights and the ride up as well as the zip lines can be a bit scary. Overall we recommend this resort. We met lots of nice people, the staff was simply amazing, and it was very relaxing. By the 7th day we were pretty tired of the food, but that happens anytime you eat the same/similar things for days on end... not really the resorts fault.
