interestingly located on the way of the malpensa express (the train between malpensa airport and Milan center city) (less than 3 minutes walk to the train station, but not really a nice area during night.

The service is ok and the room is clean. Breakfast is OK but I can't find that why it is called warm breakfast. Transportation is convenient to the center of the city. If you want to save money from the airport to the hotel, suggest first taking bus to the center of the city and then taking train to the hotel instead of taking so called express. For three persons it will only cost 14 Euro instead of 33Euro.

we found the staff vey friendly and helpfull. Plenty of food at the buffet breakfast close too the metro which was great too get around we would go here again

This hotel, on first impression, seems to be miles away from anywhere. In fact, if you just walk around the corner, you will find the train station, it's only 2 stops to Milan centre. Some staff are very helpful, some not so. Decent breakfast.
