I had a reservation with this hotel [...] for one night stay. When I got there around 8pm, I was told the hotel was oversold and there was only one smoking room available. I asked about walking to another hotel nearby, but was told there was no vacancy around as well. Having no prior experience staying in a smoking room, I accepted. I soon found how bad the smoking room is, especially to someone who don't smoke. I had to go out and spend time at a nearby starbucks till around mid-night and I barely slept after returned. 6am in the morning, I pick up my luggage and fled. It's was the worst hotel I've even stayed at in my past many years of business trip. I would never go back again.

The hotel is good for travellers who drive as it is near to an expressway, which makes it easy to navigate around. However, for travellers who do not drive, this hotel's location may not be as facvourable. Hotel staff is great and the rooms and clean and nice.

Stayed one night pretty much to kill time before my flight home (from San Jose). The clerks were very helpful. One printed out a map to help me get to the public library, while another seemed happy to hold a gift for my friend who was staying at the same place the following night. The room was very comfortable but the reception on many of the TV channels was pretty poor, and the toilet wouldn't flush. But otherwise it was flawless.
